The Mossytree Park HOA website is intended solely as an informational and communication portal for current residents of the Mossytree Park community. It provides access to HOA-related news, documents, events, and contact information. This Site does not confer any HOA membership rights or privileges.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Access to the Site is limited to individuals who reside within the Mossytree Park community. Registration is required to access member-only content and must be verified by the HOA. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident and/or property owner within Mossytree Park. We reserve the right of refusal to deny or revoke access to the Site at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of: false or misleading registration information, residency outside of the community, abusive or inappropriate behavior, or other violations of these Terms.
3. No Transfer of Membership Rights
Access to the website and the ability to register does not imply or grant you any legal rights, privileges, or voting status as an official HOA member. HOA membership is determined solely in accordance with the governing documents of Mossytree Park HOA and applicable state and local laws.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The HOA is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
